THE PROJECT
Towering 51 Stories into the skyline of Surfers Paradise, VISTA is the new centre piece in the portfolio of Internationally renowned and accredited developer MRCB.

Designed by DBI Architecture along with branding executed to perfection by Martins Brand House, VISTA is home to 280 residences with commercial and retail precincts.

The design philosophy revolves around the dichotomy of the site, located at the junction between the curvilinear punctuated nature of the river and the linearity of the coastal strip. The cosmopolitan infused design of the tower reflects the duality of the site, playing the timeless language of glass and clean lines on the ocean side against the use of forms, masses and textures addressing the river.

THE BRIEF
PREMIER3D were commissioned to produce 1:100 full detail interactive model with touchscreen capabilities and interconnectivity to the display suite.

Responsible not only for the marketing model but cabinetry as well, the team at PREMIER3D collaborated with Martins Design and Lightswarm to deliver this model complementing the display and commanding maximum presales interests.
