THE PROJECT
The Liverpool will set a new standard of living in the Liverpool CBD, Sydney.

Comprising of 193 residential apartments, a 113-room hotel and 5,500m2 of commercial retail the Liverpool represents a new hub of living in the CBD of Liverpool.

With only a minutes’ walk from Westfields Shopping Centre, Western Sydney University, Liverpool Bus/Rail Interchange, and Liverpool Hospital, the development is ideal for investors, families and downsizers.

THE BRIEF
Designed by Rothelowan Architects, delivered by BINAH for FYVE Capital, PREMIER3D was engaged to produce a full interactive display model with IPAD touch capabilities to complement the display suite.

The freestanding model with double enhanced superstructure comprised of over 900 individually wired LED lights and was specially constructed to integrate into the existing cabinetry. The model stands as the centrepiece showcasing the outstanding design features this building has to offer.
