Halycon Place, designed by Plus Architecture, consists of 96 residential dwellings, communal outdoor pool and recreation area located on levels 10/1, associated parking and residents only dog park, located at 4 Fern Street ‘Halycon Place’, Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast.
To best accommodate both local and interstate residence, the building has been designed to incorporate a mixture of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom units, including 2 x Duplex units with private outdoor space on the ground and mezzanine levels and 3 x multi-storey Skyhomes located on the 26th and 27th floors.

Halycon Place is the latest project by this award winning developer and PREMIER3D was proud to partner with Leith Group to produce a 1:100 Full Colour, full detail model with specially made cabinet to complement their display suite at Surfers Paradise.
