Nestled on the edge of Newcastle’s vibrant harbour, Aurora is moments from the CBD and stunning beaches.
A meeting of the minds led architect Michael Carr, Idraft and Brilliance Developments team up to create an extraordinary fusion of urban luxury and coastal chic. A first for this inner city neighbourhood, Aurora brings a unique sense of architectural style to an emerging precinct of Newcastle.
Due to the distinctive shape of the inner city block, each luxurious apartment features a bespoke floor plan that has been individually tailored to optimise the north easterlyaspect. This savvy orientation not only captures plenty of natural light, but also makes the most of the enviable harbour and city skyline views.

THE BRIEF
Engaged to produce the main Display Marketing Model, PREMIER3D work alongside this leading developer and team to create a stunning 1:100 full scale model of the development with lighting and full installation.
