THE PROJECT
Living seaside at Atrium is a portal to a world bathed in light and serenity—just 100 metres from the water’s edge. This boutique collection of just 22 luxury apartments is designed to elevate daily living, with a curated wellness centre on the ground floor and a sun-filled atrium at its heart. Each residence is crafted with an unwavering attention to detail: Smeg appliances, rich timber floors, marble bench-tops, and fireplaces all speak to a level of finish where no detail has been spared.
Atrium’s interiors are designed to create a tranquil haven that feels open, airy, and deeply connected to the ocean’s soothing presence. The gentle play of shadows and light transforms even the simplest moments into something magical, making each day feel like a retreat in paradise.
THE BRIEF
As the preferred model maker for ABA Group, PREMIER3D was commissioned to produce a 1:50 Scale model for the Terrigal Display Suite lead by agents, McGrath.
