Honeysuckle Wharf by Studio P3

Founded by Peter McCamley and Pablo Albani, Studio P3 is an interdisciplinary studio driving business and interior design solutions with insight and creativity to deliver places that benefit people and the planet.

Studio P3 were engaged by Ausgrid to design its Newcastle / Northern Region Head office. Uniquely positioned within a newly constructed laminated timber building, the new workplace aligns with Ausgrid’s strategic growth in the region and towards renewable energy.

Across 5 floors, the new workplace supports an assigned population up to 300 employees including field and corporate functions. The environment incorporates contemporary work practices, call centre, health and wellbeing amenity including communal break out and town halls spaces and external spaces to work. The project is currently being assessed to achieve a 6 star green star accreditation.

Working alongside Studio P3, PREMIER3D worked under express conditions producing a series of visuals (Perspectives and Animations) for design approval by stakeholders prior to construction commencement.
