THE PROJECT
Located on Thompsons Road within Melbourne’s southeastern growth corridor, St Germain is inspired by a contemporary European village lifestyle.

THE BRIEF
Working with Stockland on a variety of Apartment and Land and Home Projects, PREMIER3D was commissioned to produce a fully interactive model with the ability to have the lots illuminated to denote available, under offer or sold.
With one Lot left in the estate, the model was an essential presentation tool which assisted in the presales of the estate.
