Brief
PREMIER3D was engaged by the team at TCQ Constructions to produce a compete Development Application (3D Scale Model, 3D Digital CAD Model and Photomontage) for a proposed development site in Sydney.
The team at PREMIER3D worked both with the client and the council direct to create a 3D Scale Model for submissions (As per specific council requirements being 1:500, 50cm(W) x 50cm(L), main building white with grey massing surrounds), a 3D Photomontage of which the team at PREMIER3D captured the photography and a 3D DWG CAD Model.
